So, I Got my First Pay as an Officer of State Bank of Patiala . I am a Probationary Officers (JMG-1) , which is a Scale-1 Post in all Public sector banks.
Sharing below is Image of the Salary Details of Scale -1 officer as on 26/07/2012.
Basic Pay of Scale -1 Officer starts from Rs 14,500/-

Notings:

1) As joining was on 2nd July'2012. So Basic has been calculated as Rs 14032.26 and not Rs 14500/- . So a little increase in the net pay is expected. (about Rs 600+)

2)Apart from this an officer gets a few other benefits like

• Newspaper /magazine Charges Rs 450/pm.
• Petrol charges ----  Rs 1240 minimum ( exact will be updated soon)
• Late Sitting Charges Rs 2000/ month
• Some Annual perks are also provided after one year or in between as per request by officer/rules permitted...But these are not included in monthly salaries.

CWE PO Cracked - Part-2 (Observations Based on SBI Results)

State Bank of India has releasedd the details of scores of candidates in SBI Associate Exam held on 07-08-2011.
Based on this and also on score of SBI PO- 2011 (held on 24-07-2011) , I have concluded some points which only verifies my observations on this PO exam system which i have been trying to study and break its code.

The general observations , as can be drawn from previous exams too are :

1) 44-47% scores are required in 1st stage of objective paper to clear these PO Exams.

2) For Final Selections 52-55% scores are comfortable scores and you can expect selection.

3) Targetting atleast Two sections is a must for clearing the overall cut-off. Scoring about 70%+ in atleast Two sections and clearing cut-offfs in remaining two is a good strategy.

4) Difficultly Level or No. of Candidates or even The Number of seats DOES NOT AFFECT THE OVERALL AND/OR SECTIONAL  CUT-OFFS GREATLY...THEY REMAIN ALMOST CONSTANT WITH +-2% .

5) CWE PO , is no different exam But it being based on Relative scoring and standardization method , thus there is an artificial higher score than one gets in  SBI PO exam , But essentially these are similar scores, Don't panick.

6) The Time Management Scheme provided below , is justified by these score results, as it gives minimum time for scoring sections like GK , Computer,English but at the same time The Time Management Scheme Does Not Lower their Value  rather gives Full Importance to them as required in a PO exam and asks you to read and attempt all 50 questions in these sections (if u know) pushing your limits. Infact ,The Time Managment Scheme below tries to maximise your scores in minimum possible time.

The logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude Sections have their limitations and need time of solving.

PS: Do Not target Cut-Offs of 24 marks for CWE PO. Remember these were Relative/Standardized cut-offs and not the actual cut-offs. Actual Cut-offs will be lower. NO SECTIONS SHOULD BE LEFT UNATTEMPTED/UNREAD , THIS WILL LEAD TO FAILURE....

C.W.E P.O Cracked !! Part-1 ( Common Written Exam CWE P.O Exam Attemptation Scheme & Time Management)

So, as the June'2012 , CWE P.O Exam is approaching, I wanted to share an 'Attemptation Scheme' or Time Management , designed and developed by me and Tested on me (Scored 160 TWSS in CWE PO Sept 2011).

Also, this is in response to so called experts/ Intelligent people because they are so irritating and dumb because whenever one asks them about HOW TO ATTEMPT....They reply vaguely or may  just say , give your best shot, .....like if they won't say this... one may not give his best in exam.

So, here is a 'SPECIFIC' TIME MANAGEMENT SCHEME I ASK YOU TO FOLLOW AND YOU CAN BE *SUCCESSFULL IN CRACKING CWE P.O AM SURE.(*conditions apply at the bottom of article.)

First: The CWE P.O Exam Pattern

Now :PRESENTING  TIME MANAGEMENT PATTERN FOR CWE P.O By :Puchhlo.blogspot.com

Now , I don't claim this is the Best Scheme of Time Management. But following this pattern i have succeeded , so I am sharing this Scheme.
So, If you practice Old Exam Papers , using this pattern, am sure you will perform better.

Conditions /Assumptions:
1) You are a serious candidate and have the capacity and knowledge of solving the questions..This pattern will not help incase you are fresher and a casual attempter.

2) Your English , GK, Computer are above average..Because it is very important that you perform in these sections and if exam is tough these sections make all the difference.

3) You have faith in this pattern.Because, if you are attempting the exam with this or any other pattern , then you follow it till the end and must not abandon it mid-way. It won't serve any purpose.

4) English is to attempted with Comprehensions/ passage as last attempts.Start English section from last to front.

5) You cannot relax even 5minutes during the course of exam.You have to be in exam mode from starting till the end.

6) Descriptive Sections , after the Objective exam , should be given Full Respect and effort and remember exam does not end after 150 minutes objective....... descriptive section is also a part of your exam , and you must perform well.

7) 1st Half is for clearing Sectional  Cut-offs based on previous and recent cut-offs. Eg: 24 marks cut-off (in CWE - Sept2011 ) are relative and not absolute..ie : you actually don't need to score exact 24 to clear sectional but was marked based on overall performance of all candidates. So, most of cut-offs will be cleared in all sections in this exam pattern.


FINAL RULE FOR SUCCESS:   As Every serious candidate knows P.O Exam is all about TIME MANAGEMENT and not only Knowledge Testing and reason for failure is usually Fuilure in Time Management only.

Following this Time Management Pattern , one will be Tempted to Digress from given Time Divisions and Solve more questions , But YOU MUST NOT GIVE INTO THIS TEMPTATION AND FOLLOW THE DECIDED TIME DIVISIONS AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE.

Rhythm will be broken...But it must be done in order to make sure that we must clear Sectional Cut-offs.

This Time Division assumes 100% solving  capability , But You Will Not be able to solve all the Questions..So, you need not panick on the Attempted Questions unless they are very low..So, questions attempted may change but TIME DIVISIONS must be followed.
You Success you depend on how closely you follow these TIME DIVISIONS.

Finally, The SBI has declared the Second Phase and Final results of P.O -2011-12 in Associate Banks of SBI (SBOP,SBBJ,SBM,SBH,SBT) , Written exam of which wa held on 07/08/2011.

The wait was long and cruel, moreso because the IBPS PO EXAM Results were declared and Final Joinings  based on IBPS Test was happening really fast..
But all is well that ends well..

Am a PO Finally..
The journey was a good learning experience.I actually believe i have I HAVE CRACKED THE CODE TO BECOMING A PO. or CODE FOR CRACKING THE BANK EXAMS IN GENERAL.

Indian Women Lack "Financial" Integrity

So, its just a random post about life. Not much information from any source, but just a thought and an observation from my side. One may agree or disagree on this.

Its about Indian Women. If you notice , the women in your life , you would notice one thing about them.
I am talking about the 'MONEY ISSUE'  with these women.The issue of 'FINANCIAL INETGRITY' in life.
While we see Indian Women are very Morally upright and careful of what people say about their personal image and social norms...They show no such qualms when we talk about the money.

Women, in this case would feel that talking money from their men , husband, brothers is their moral right and howsoever you treat them , but its their duty and women's are morally and legally have a share in their man's income.
This is more so alarming when you are not even in a blood relation or any legal relation.
The GF's (girlfriends) consider that its the duty of their BF( boyfriends) to bring gifts for them, shop for them or pay for their shopping and help in any financial matter.
But are there anythings free on earth i ask ???.....So what they repay their bfs with for the favors taken ??.....
I need not say anymore...
The condition is more drastic in case Indian women do not mind even talking financial help from their Ex-BFs..
While they shall maintain a reasonable physical distance from any such person but would happily and readily take monetary favors from him and would not be embarrassed at all. Infact, some would still consider this as their right to be helped by an ex-bf long after separation.
In some cases, it is their bf's who would ask them to take financial favors from their 'male' friends and 'stupid' women would just do that happily only to find themselves in trouble later on.

All these things point towards the fact that although the Indian Women have high Moral character but they lack 'Financial Character' and 'Financial Integirty' ...
With , women now economically independent and working, its time Indian women should start working towards their 'Financial integrity' as well and stop talking 'Financial' Favors from people around.
This is because , your poor Financial Integrity reflects on your Moral Integrity too , and affects your standing in the society howsoever moral upright person you may be ...

So, I happen to be working while i saw a Sticker on a Crane, which was promoting an Anti-Drugs campaign in Punjab.I got the details, so that i may share with  you all, as most of these things get Un-noticed ....But fortunately since i got them..let me share..

The campaign was started during Punjab Polls 2012 and eminent people were part of it..One such Eminent person is Advocate H.S PHOOLKA... He is the person fighting for Justice for Sikhs who died in 1984 Riots.
The movement has been named as Civil Society against Drugs.

Cheap and Clean Stay at Punchkula below 1000 rupees Discovered!!

So, i happen to go to Pachkula for my SBI Interview.
Being an aspirant and not a job holder, i wanted to get a cheap hotel/lodging for the day.
Hotels in and around Sector10, were a bit expensive, one quoted me final rate of Rs 1900 (with breakfast) , but it was already 8:30 pm and i was to leave hotel by 10 in morning, i did not find it value for money.

So i moved on... Asking a Rickshaw wala for a cheap lodging nearby around 1000 rupees and he was good deal.

He took me to a residential area , around Sector 10.

I was scared a bit at night going to such lonely place alone, vary of any mishapp.

But he parked me right.

I got the Room for Rs 900/- for night.. If you try , you may get it for even cheaper....

The room , was a basic room with a double bed, a tv with cable , attached bathroom  with  geyser.

Good News for those Candidates who 'Did Not' Clear the First CWE IBPS exam held in Spet'2011.

Some people were considering RTI help for release of marks but IBPS cannot be RTI'ied.

Finally IBPS has understood , that giving information is a good thing and is releasing information slowly .

Now, they have decided to release marks of Candidates who 'failed' rather were 'UNSUCCESSFUL' in their attempt @ CWE IBPS'2011.

IBPS PO/MT Sept'2011 Cut -Offs Released

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released Sectional Cut-Offs for the CWE Bank PO/MT  Exam held in September '2011.
The IBPS has released the methodology of marks calculated and Sectional Cut-off of the Six sections namely Quant, Reasoning, English, Computer Awareness, General Awareness, & Descriptive English.

The Passing Cut-Off according to this is 120 marks. ie A candidate scoring 120 marks out of 250 has been declared PASS by IBPS , provided he has cleared the Sectional Cut-offs of Individual Sections of the paper.
The Sectional Cut-Offs has been fixed at 24/ section for General and 21/ Section for Reserved Categories.
Following is information released by IBPS regarding First CWE held in Sept'2011.

Today  30th Jan'2012 , voting for Punjab State Election has ended. The votes will be counted on 6th March'2012 and Punjab will have a new govt formed.

According Election Commission about  77% Voter Turnout For Punjab.

So let me share a different thing with you all.
Its about email tracking.
Now, if you have a situation of someone harassing you via email or you need to check if your email has been read by the reciever, I've got a information for you.

I happen to locate this tool as i was trying to locate a fake email a/c in my friend's name and she doubted me.

This made me really angry as i did not do it.So, as i tried to locate the person responsible i found this amazing website which helps you.ITS NAME IS

Process is simple:

1)Goto SPYPIG.COM
2)On the right side of page Enter your email id on which you want to recieve information.
3)Enter a message for you to remember whom you are tracking(this message does not goto the sender but its for your info)
4)Choose a picture ( i prefer the first one as it is a blank on, so reader cannot know about this )
5)Create code
6) Copy n paste the picture generated in the email , you are sending
7) send the mail before the time ends for code in spypig's website.

Now when the receiver opens the email, Spypig sends you a mail detailing the ip address and its location based on that ip-address.

Special Case :

Incase of Spypig does not give exact State/city location, and only the IP ADDRESS then you need to do the following.

1)Goto Start option.
2) Type CMD (Command Prompt) and open it.
3) Type command --> tracert -->press enter.
4) Now the server would try and locate the server location of the IP Address.

OR

You can also goto website : http://www.ip-address.org/lookup/ip-locator.php , Enter the found IP Adress from Spupig tracing email. -->Press Enter, and You will get the required Information.

HOW TO GET IBPS BANK'S CONFIRMATION MAILS AFTER APPLYING : HERE'S THE METHOD

So, most of candidates have NOT got confirmation message after applying in banks who came out with recruitment notice on basis of IBPS CWE PO/MT RESULTS.

Here's how to get it.
The Method:

Goto respective bank site--> Goto Recruitment/career link--->Open Edit Your Application--->make changes (if required, else keep it same)---> recheck---->submit----> AND YOU WILL GET A CONFIRMATION MAIL

NOTE: 1)Registration Number & Password for these Applications is same as was your IBPS REGISTRATION NUMBER & PASSWORD.

2) SYNDICATE BANK is send SMS to the Mobile Number , you gave in IBPS Form Submission previously

Confirm Your Eligibilty for PO Recruitment in Banks Through IBPS

Ok, so after the declaration of IBPS PO/MT 2011 Results for its first Exam, some banks have declared recruitments thorugh IBPS and many will follow.
With various cut-offs and eleigibilty criteria's being mentioned and the poor candidate is confused or is hoping to make 'the cut' and may be denying the reality untill he confirms with his own eyes, here's another thing i've discovered.

We can confirm the eligibity in the banks online directly and not rely on others .

Kindly Note : From Hyperlinks given by banks , it is easily identifiable that the recruitment process is still under the IBPS and their Database is bieng used, and hence by applying certain conditions at their servers they are able to shortlist and identify the Eligible candidates from the data already available with IBPS.

UBI (UNION BANK OF INDIA) SERVER ISSUES: IBPS PO APPLICATION SUBMISSION

The UNION BANK OF INDIA (UBI) has Issued Notification for Recruitment of PO through the IBPS PO/MT Examination held in Sept'2011.

Now recently it has been Noticed that UBI server issues have been noticed , making the applicants unable to reach the website of UBI and they are not able to submit application.

As the main site is down...So , applicants can't get through the Recruitment page and hence Cannot apply..


To bypass this, Solution has been found and is working.

Reason for this may be is that , The APPLICATIONS FOR PO ARE BEING MADE THROUGH IBPS WEBSITE AND NOT THROUGH UBI DIRECTLY..
