Now TADKA is a regular item to be used in almost all the dishees we make in INDIA...NORTH INDIA especially.
how to make tadka?
1)take a pan.turn on the flame and let all the water evaporate from the pan.(kadhai).
2)now put 1 tbspoon oil/ghee in the kadhai and heat it.
3)cut 2-3 onions into smaall pieces and put them into the heated oil in kadhaai.
4)now fry the onions till they turn golden brown.
5)put 1-2 chopped tomatoes in the kaddhai.
6)add garam masaala,haldi,jeera,and some salt and stir the mixture..
7)keep the flame low and mix the mixture for a couple of minutes till a fine smell of masala and other mixtures and paste like is formed in the kadhai.
and your tadka is prepared!!!! our gets this way :)
