Well, if you go to kashemere gate I.S.B.T Bus Terminal, from there you should go to terminal 8-9 .These are PUNJBA AND HARYANA ROADWAYS BUS TERMINALS.
An A/C Bus of Punjab roadways starts from there to chandigarh at 9:50 am.
The charges are Rs 280/ per person.
You shall reach chandigarh at 3:00 pm.
