HOW TO MAKE DAL MAKHNI


1)TAKE 1 KATORI BLACK DAL.AND 1/4 KATORI RAJMA

2)PUT IT IN A COOKER.AND ADD 5-6 KATORIS WATER AND 1 TBSPOON SALT

3)HEAT THE MIXTURE AND AFTER 1-2 WHISTLES,PUT IT ON SIMMER FOR 20-25 MIN.

4)CHECK IF THE RAJMA AND DAL IS COOKED...IF NOT GIVE SOME MORE TIME ELSE TURN OF GAS BELOW COOKER.

5)PREPARE TADKA IN A KADHAI.

6)PUT THE CONTENTS OF COOKER IN THE KADHAI CONTAINING THE TADKA

7)LET THE KADHAI ON FLAME AND STIR FOR SOME TIME.

8)LET IT COOK FOR 5MIN.

9)PUT SOME BUTTER TO THE DAL.

10) DAL MAKHAANI IS READY.
